I think the best science happens together—not just within a single project, but also as part of a collaborative scientific community. This page is a small space where I share how I'm learning, implementing ideas, and growing alongside many many others.   • We are working on a new mentorship program with the kind support from The Transmitter. This initiative aims to connect early- and mid-career researchers with experienced mentors to support career exploration both within and beyond academia. • 2025 — DEI Committee Member, CCN
  • We launched the first round of travel and caregiver awards.
  • We published the first version of the CCN DEI statement.

• 2026 — Co-organizer, Re⁴-Align Workshop @ ICLR 2026
  • This year, we focus on applications of representational alignment, including neural control and the evaluation of downstream behavior. We also successfully launched the first round of the Representational Alignment Leaderboard Challenge—see the accepted blog posts for more details.
• 2025 — Co-organizer, Re³-Align Collaborative Hackathon @ CCN
  • We organized a very spicy theoretical–practical hackathon at CCN to push forward the debate on whether neural network representations are universal or idiosyncratic.
• 2025 — Co-organizer, Re²-Align Workshop @ ICLR 2025
  • We focus on causes and implications of representational alignment, and standardization via hackathon.

• 2025–2026 — Co-organizer, Donders Neuro-AI Focus Group
  • Supported by two rounds of Donders stimulation grant. See the news here.
